Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory management and system updates (ERP/WMS).
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and organization of goods.
• Conduct routine stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities.
• Handle operational issues and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills (especially Excel).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with warehouse KPIs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
