Key Responsibilities:

· Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

· Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, discipline, and engagement to maintain a positive workplace culture.

· Performance Management: Oversee KPIs, evaluations, and improvement plans to enhance employee performance.

· Compensation & Benefits: Manage salaries, payroll, and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

· HR Operations: Ensure compliance with HR policies, documentation, and operational processes.

· HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with business goals to support organizational growth.

· HR Systems & Reporting: Manage HR data, systems, and reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

· Min. 5 years of experience in HR.

· Excellent English level.

· Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.

· Proven ability to handle Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.

· Expertise in HR strategy alignment with business goals.

· Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting.
