Role Overview

NOX Holding is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Product Growth Specialist to support the optimization, launch, and continuous improvement of our product portfolio. This role focuses on product analysis, rapid iteration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products are aligned with market needs and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Analysis & Auditing

• Conduct detailed audits of existing products, analyzing features, user journeys, and operational workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Utilize AI tools and research platforms to build accurate product documentation and support market research activities.
• Benchmark products against competitors and industry standards.

2. Product Launch & Iteration

• Support the launch of new products by ensuring feedback collection mechanisms are in place.
• Monitor post-launch performance and gather user insights through surveys and data analysis.
• Execute fast iteration cycles based on feedback, contributing to improved product versions within defined timelines.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with technical teams and SMEs to ensure alignment on product features and priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to support go-to-market execution.
• Help ensure smooth communication across teams to avoid delays or duplicated efforts.

4. Execution & Operational Efficiency

• Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Maintain high attention to detail while managing frequent context switching.
• Contribute to improving internal awareness and understanding of the Product Growth function.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product, Growth, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with dashboards and data tracking tools (e.g., Odoo or similar)
• Exposure to AI tools for research and productivity is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
