Associate Retail Account Manager

 Job Description:

We are hiring an Associate Retail Account Manager to manage vendor relationships, improve product availability, and drive business growth across multiple marketplaces. In this role, you will resolve buy-ability issues, expand product selection, and support vendors in optimizing their performance. You will also identify new vendor opportunities, promote key programs, and ensure a strong vendor experience through effective communication and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve buy-ability defects and ensure vendors' items are live and optimized on the platform.

  • Identify and prospect new vendors through cold outreach, events, and market research.

  • Manage business transactions with tier 2 and 3 vendors at scale across multiple countries.

  • Drive selection expansion and improve vendor business terms to support growth.

  • Own vendor communication via calls and emails to enhance long-term self-sufficiency.

  • Source and execute promotional opportunities, including deals and sponsored ads.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor management processes.

  • Ensure high product availability through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, retail operations, or e-commerce.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail marketplace dynamics.

  • Experience working with vendor/seller accounts is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with a strong customer-obsessed mindset.
