Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage financial operations, reporting, budgeting, controls, and compliance. The role will lead a finance team of seven and support senior management across real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and closing activities.
- Lead and develop a finance team of seven employees.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, project costs, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial risk-management processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Improve financial systems and reporting, including Power BI.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
- Previous experience in at least two real estate or property development roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and Egyptian tax regulations.
- Proven finance team leadership experience.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI is preferred.
- Preferred residence in Sheikh Zayed or Maadi.
