Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage financial operations, reporting, budgeting, controls, and compliance. The role will lead a finance team of seven and support senior management across real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and closing activities.
  • Lead and develop a finance team of seven employees.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, project costs, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial risk-management processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Improve financial systems and reporting, including Power BI.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Previous experience in at least two real estate or property development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and Egyptian tax regulations.
  • Proven finance team leadership experience.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI is preferred.
  • Preferred residence in Sheikh Zayed or Maadi.
