HR Account Manager
Job Description:
NOK Human Capital is hiring a Junior HR Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee experience, client communication, HR operations, and maintaining strong relationships between employees, clients, and internal teams.
The selected candidate will support daily HR account management activities, handle employee inquiries, assist in onboarding, follow up on employee relations matters, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees and clients regarding HR-related inquiries and workplace concerns.
- Support employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in maintaining a positive employee experience across assigned accounts.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation sessions for new hires.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
- Assist in resolving employee complaints, inquiries, and workplace issues under HR supervision.
- Follow up with employees to monitor satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated clearly and applied properly.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth HR operations.
- Support employee retention initiatives and day-to-day account management activities.
Requirements
- Excellent English level is a must, both spoken and written.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Account Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Very good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
