In this position, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our international clientele, addressing their needs with diplomatic professionalism. No previous sector experience is mandatory; we set you up for success with a fully compensated corporate training program.

Scope of Work:

• Efficiently resolve inbound inquiries from users through voice calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
• Deliver an exceptional level of courteous and structured support across all communication channels.
• Deconstruct client issues to provide precise, actionable, and solution-oriented resolutions.
• Accurately record and update all user interaction details within our internal enterprise database.
• Maintain alignment with the team's established operational metrics and quality KPIs.
• Partner with cross-functional global teams to address and escalate sophisticated inquiries.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Native or professional fluency (C1-C2 level) in written and spoken Dutch.
• A functional command of English (B1 level minimum) for system usage and training modules.
• A clear commitment to living and building a professional career path within Portugal.
• A dependable, organized individual with a strong appetite for learning corporate workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues in a multicultural, dynamic team environment.
• Essential Requirement: Must hold valid EU citizenship or an existing, legal work permit for Portugal.
