About the job Sales Specialist (Logistics)
What you'll do:
Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts.
Secure drivers/carriers by phone to match capacity with customer shipments and ensure on-time execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
Conduct market and logistics research to identify opportunities, monitor pricing trends, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Excellent command of English
At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics
Strong understanding of customer service and sales
Experience with a US Logistics company would be a plus
The ideal candidate is disciplined, motivated, and capable of making swift and accurate decisions
