Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial HR Intern to support ongoing recruitment and talent sourcing activities. This role is designed as a strategic entry point into international HR operations, offering hands-on exposure to global hiring markets.

This is a voluntary position at the initial stage, with a pathway toward performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Actively search for candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media channels)

Assist in managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records

Conduct initial outreach and coordinate interview scheduling

Requirements

Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Familiarity with LinkedIn or recruitment tools is a plus
