Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and quality standards

Manage complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

Document interactions and outcomes in internal CRM systems with high data accuracy

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, QA, training) to optimize customer journeys

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Ensure full compliance with company policies, processes, and data protection standards
Candidate Profile

Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level required)

Good command of English (minimum B2 for internal communication and documentation)

Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or customer support is preferred
