Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and quality standards

  • Manage complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

  • Document interactions and outcomes in internal CRM systems with high data accuracy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, QA, training) to optimize customer journeys

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, processes, and data protection standards

Candidate Profile

  • Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level required)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 for internal communication and documentation)

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or customer support is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment

  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and adaptability

  • Willingness to work on-site in Portugal (relocation support may be provided, if applicable)
