Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

  • Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

Full Reloacation Bonus

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
Assistance in finding house according to the needs of the candidate
Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle- €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more)

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are native or fluent in one European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc.)
  • Have basic to intermediate English skills (B1 or higher)

  • Are available to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months

  • Are customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

  • Are open to working in an international, structured environment

No previous customer service experience required — full training is provided.
