Job Title: Russian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Portugal

Overview: We are hiring Russian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a global organization based in Portugal. You do not need any previous customer service background for this role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage customer questions through live chat, email, and telephone.
• Ensure all support provided is polite, clear, and professional.
• Give accurate information that directly solves the customer's issue.
• Log and track all customer communications accurately in the system.
• Meet the required quality and service level standards.
• Team up with international colleagues when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent/Bilingual (C1-C2) proficiency in the Russian language.
• An English comprehension level of at least B1.
• Willingness to move to and work in Portugal.
• A dependable, motivated personality with a strong desire to learn.
• Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Must have: Valid EU citizenship or a legal work permit for Portugal.
