Our global organization is scaling up operations in Portugal and seeking customer-oriented Dutch speakers to fill the Customer Service Representative role. In this position, you will act as the direct contact link for our international client base, addressing queries with corporate professionalism. Prior experience in this specific domain is not mandatory; we provide a complete, paid organizational training program to guide you toward a successful start.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage incoming customer contacts systematically via phone, email, and digital chat systems.
• Maintain high standards of corporate etiquette and courteous communication with every client.
• Formulate precise, clear, and troubleshooting-oriented answers to optimize user experience.
• Log and maintain accurate customer records within our centralized corporate database.
• Meet team quality performance goals and established internal operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with global team networks to facilitate swift resolutions for complex client cases.

What We Look For:

• Native or bilingual command of the Dutch language (C1-C2 proficiency level).
• Intermediate English capacity (B1 level minimum) for internal workspace training and tools.
• Full readiness to establish residency and build a professional career within Portugal.
• A reliable, self-motivated profile with a solid readiness to assimilate new operational workflows.
• Adaptable to working inside a diverse, fast-moving, and cross-cultural business setting.
• Essential: Must hold a valid EU passport or an active, legal work authorization for Portugal.
