Operational Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead and oversee multiple key functions including marketing, sales, sales administration, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and basic IT coordination. The ideal candidate has strong operational leadership skills and experience in industries such as diesel machinery, heavy equipment, filters, diesel spare parts, or lubricants.

What You Will Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, sales administration, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and IT support.
• Ensure operational activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and purchasing planning to support business continuity.
• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, distribution, and logistics coordination.
• Support the sales team by ensuring timely processing of orders, documentation, and customer service activities.
• Coordinate marketing activities and support market development initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize operational performance through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and develop operational staff to enhance productivity and performance.

What You Bring

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of operations within industries such as diesel engines, heavy equipment, filters, spare parts, or industrial lubricants.

• Experience in cross-functional operational management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different divisions.
