Finance, Accounting & Tax Associate

Our customer is a logistics startup with a very strong backing in maritime sectors. In this role you will become the financial backbone of Indonesia's fastest-growing logistics disruptor. You'll own daily accounting ops, ensure razor-sharp compliance, and help scale our finance engine to support 5x growth working directly with the CFO to optimize cash flow in a high-velocity startup environment.

What You'll Do

• Daily Accounting: Process 100+ vendor invoices/week (fleet maintenance, warehouse leases, tech stack) using QuickBooks Online.
• AR/AP Management: Chase client payments (COD/logistic COD) and reconcile driver cash advances across 20+ provinces.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare monthly VAT (e-Faktur), WHT (*PPh 23/26*), and corporate tax filings via e-Bupot/e-SPT.
• Payroll: Process salaries for 150+ FTEs (drivers, warehouse staff, ops) with BPJS Kesehatan/Ketenagakerjaan deductions.
• Cost Control: Track real-time fuel consumption, toll fees, and last-mile delivery costs against budgets.
• Month-End Close: Support financial reporting P&L, balance sheet, cash flow (IDR and USD transactions).
• Audit Readiness: Maintain digital records for BPKP audits (voucher digitization, expense approvals).

What You'll Need

• 24 years in accounting/finance (logistics, e-commerce, or startups preferred)

• Expertise in Indonesian tax law (VAT, PPh 23/26, tax incentives)

• Hands-on with QuickBooks/Xero and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)

• Basic English proficiency (for cross-border transaction docs)

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (Brevet A/B certification preferred)
