Our customer is Production House startup, backed by huge conglomerate group. They are looking for senior Talent Coordinator/Talent Scout to identify raw, undiscovered individuals, mentor them through their development program, and prepare them to be the next star.
What you'll do:
- Talent Scouting: Discover potential talents through street casting, theater showcases, social media (TikTok/Instagram), university workshops, and other methods.
- Potential Assessment: Run weekly audition workshops to evaluate raw charisma, emotional range, and coachability.
- Development Pathway: Design personalized 3-month training plans with our acting coaches (script analysis, voice modulation, on-camera technique).
- Portfolio Building: Coordinate test shoots/showreels to showcase talent progression.
- Industry Bridging: Present top talents to casting directors for real projects.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in talent scouting/acting coaching
- Acting coach knowledge (methods: Stanislavski, Meisner, or Adler)
- Portfolio of talents discovered/mentored (before/after videos preferred)
- Deep & vast network in Indonesia's indie theater/college drama/music scene/modeling scene
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
The ideal candidate will have:
- ️X-ray vision for potential: Spot star quality in shy waiters or viral TikTokers.
- Psychological intuition: Diagnose blocks (e.g., stage fright) and match coaches.
- Chameleon energy: Connect with street dancers and corporate casting directors.
- Data-driven curation: Track talent progress via metrics (e.g., "audition conversion rate").
- Bonus: Experience as an actor/model (understand the journey).
