Noraa & Co. is supporting a confidential, fast-growing technology-enabled logistics organization in its search for a Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance.
This is a hands-on regional finance leadership opportunity for a professional who can bring technical rigor, control, and momentum to statutory audit closure and finance operations across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance will lead the timely closure of concurrent statutory audits, strengthen accounting controls and reporting discipline, and work closely with senior business stakeholders. The role will oversee team members across multiple entities and jurisdictions while supporting the continued development of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and close concurrent statutory audits across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate directly with external auditors, internal finance teams, and relevant business stakeholders to resolve audit matters efficiently.
- Ensure accounting treatments, financial statements, documentation, and supporting schedules comply with applicable standards and local requirements.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting, consolidation, intercompany matters, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit readiness.
- Identify control gaps, reporting risks, and process bottlenecks; implement practical improvements to strengthen finance operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting and finance team members across the regional entities.
- Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Support technical accounting assessments and finance projects as required in a fast-moving business environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Strong, hands-on statutory audit experience; Big Four or multinational group-accounting experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multi-entity and multi-country audits, ideally across Southeast Asia.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian PSAK, Malaysian MFRS/FRS, and Singapore FRS/IFRS.
- Demonstrated capability in consolidation, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and audit documentation.
- Experience managing external auditors and delivering work under demanding deadlines.
- Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and written and spoken English communication skills.
- CPA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
- Able to join within a short timeframe is preferred.
