About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Technical Support specialist with strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment engines, marine engines, filter production machinery, and engineering products. This role will support customers and internal teams with product understanding, technical documentation, engine maintenance guidance, and product training.

What You Will Do

  • Provide technical support for heavy machinery engines, marine 

    engines, filter production machines, and engineering products.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Perform basic engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations.
  • Create and interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Assist with product evaluations, testing, and quality-related assessments.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to support customer needs and ensure product readiness.
  • Provide technical recommendations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for technical reports, manuals, and product updates.

What You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Maximum age: 45 years old.

  • Strong technical knowledge in heavy equipment engines, marine engines, and industrial filter production machinery.
  • Ability to create and understand engineering drawings and product schematics.
  • Capable of conducting training and presenting technical information clearly.
  • Hands-on experience in basic engine maintenance or repair is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
