QMS OFFICER

Job Summary:

The QMS Officer assists in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the organization's Quality Management System in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001. The position supports the Deputy Quality Management Representative (DQMR) in maintaining documentation, coordinating audits, monitoring compliance, and ensuring proper record control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the DQMR in implementing and maintaining the QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Support departments in adhering to documented procedures and quality policies.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards and assist in tracking corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain and ensure proper filing, updating, and distribution of controlled documents.
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of work-related experience in administrative, quality assurance, or compliance-related roles.
  • Training or experience in ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prepare reports.
