Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer provides technical solutions to meet client needs, optimize machine performance, and enhance output quality, while reducing consumables waste and maximizing machine investment. The role combines technical and business expertise to develop prototypes, samples, and applications that create new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates machine capabilities and develops solutions to help clients maximize usage and application potential.

• Understands client needs and provides recommendations while supporting demos and showcasing value.

• Provides after-sales support by training clients, troubleshooting, managing consumables, and fostering client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.

• Develops and innovates applications and samples to improve client processes, create new opportunities, and support sales growth.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

• At least 1–3 years of sales experience in managing electrical components, consumables, and other supplies for manufacturing companies.

• Preferably residing in Cebu or Mandaue City.
