About the job Admin & Liaison Staff
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Property Manager in permit processing, repairs and maintenance administration, and general administrative work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for processing, monitoring, and securing permits, licenses, certificates, and other regulatory requirements
- Organize and maintain files of permits, licenses, and related documentary requirements
- Encode repair and service requests and update monitoring track Ders, including preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain organized files and records for repairs, warranties, and contractor documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors for document follow-up, quotation tabulation, and routing for review and approval
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, encoding, and report preparation
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in liaison work, permit processing, and government-related documentation is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and basic systems encoding
- Excellent external communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and trustworthy
- Preferably residing in Quezon City
