APPLICATIONS ENGINEER / SPECIALIST

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Applications Engineer to provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, user support, and training to ensure successful implementation, operation, and optimization of digital equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Support sales through pre-sales technical consultations and product demonstrations.

• Provide after-sales technical support, installation, deployment, integration, and configuration.

• Conduct user training and provide maintenance guidelines.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related user support.

• Stay updated on new technologies, product updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.

• Proficient in 3D design and CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, SketchUp).

• Skilled in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience in 3D printing and/or graphic design; 3D scanning experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
