HEAD TEACHER

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field(Masters degree preferred).

• At least5 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting.

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a school setting.

Certifications & Licenses

• Licensed Professional Teacher

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Deep understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.

• Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teachers, parents, and children.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and school programs.

• Familiarity with DepEd requirements

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
