Job Summary
Directly report to the Property Manager
Act as Deputy of Facilities Department and Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Property Manager
Directly supervise the building maintenance personnel
Implement repairs and maintenance-related concern of all properties of the company and the owner
Custodian of Facilities JO case management in Acumatica
Handle technical problems and concerns of the companys tenants and company-owned buildings
Provide technical support to ensure timely compliance of building permits and other regulatory
requirements.
Assist the property manager on reportorial requirements in DENR relation to Pollution Control Officer
responsibility.
