Project Engineer

Job Summary:
Lead and manage the installation and service project lifecycle from planning to completion. Develop and maintain project monitoring tools, ensure all documentation requirements are met, and provide regular updates on timelines and process improvements. Oversee project execution, proactively identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project management files and tracking tools.

• Coordinate closely with Service and Application Engineers to address client concerns promptly and effectively.

• Document all aspects of machine installation projects in accordance with company standards and requirements.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to top management.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by top management.

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 2 years experience in project management for installation or service projects.

• Strong project coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
