Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment Assistant is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, such as screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hiring managers. They assist in hiring procedures to ensure quality applicants who are culturally fit and qualified for the company while maintaining a good candidate experience for all prospective hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in the company.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job qualifications and role fit.
- Administer aptitude tests to candidates to support hiring assessments and decision-making.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding job requirements for open positions and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Assist in managing the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while maintaining strong and effective candidate pipelines for all open roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- A psychometrician's license is preferred but not required.
- Preferably with experience in conducting interviews, coordinating hiring procedures, and utilizing applicant tracking systems for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Preferably residing in Quezon City.
