By submitting my application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information

I certify that all information and documents I provided are true, complete, and accurate. I understand that any misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the recruitment process or withdrawal of any employment offer.

Collection and Processing of Personal DataI authorize Norde International Distributors, Inc.  to collect, use, process, store, and retain my personal data, including sensitive personal information, for purposes related to recruitment, evaluation, background checking, and employment consideration, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

3. Data Sharing
I consent to the sharing of my personal data with authorized company personnel, affiliates, service providers, and third parties strictly for legitimate recruitment and employment-related purposes, subject to appropriate data protection measures.

4. Data Retention
I understand that my personal data may be retained for current and future employment opportunities for a reasonable period, or as required by law, unless I formally request its deletion or withdrawal of consent.

5. Data Subject Rights
I acknowledge my rights under RA 10173, including the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectify inaccuracies, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

6. No Guarantee of Employment
I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or an offer.
