1. Eligibility
Referrals must meet the qualifications and requirements of the position applied for. The company reserves the right to assess all referred candidates.

2. Accuracy of Information
I confirm that the information provided about the referred candidate is true and accurate.

3. Consent of Referred Candidate
I confirm that I have obtained the referred candidate’s consent to share their personal information with the company for recruitment purposes.

4. Data Privacy
All personal data collected through the referral program will be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

5. No Guarantee
Referral submission does not guarantee an interview, hiring, or referral incentive.

6. Program Changes
The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
