Job description
We are looking for highly motivated, German- or Danish-speaking Student Sales Assistants to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ideally you will be able to work 10-20 hours per week on a flexible basis, between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in building our client base in Germany or Denmark. You will research and engage with potential clients, generating leads and building a pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our Business Developers, providing support and bringing an understanding of the market and technology.
This job opportunity will facilitate your professional development, as we are a company focused on personal growth, knowledge sharing and employee development. You will work under the guidance of our Sales and Marketing team. Together they will help you to develop yourself while providing training, so that you become a successful member of our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Utilise various lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients in Germany or Denmark, initiating contact and scheduling meetings.
- Be the first point of contact with potential clients, building a strong relationship from the very beginning.
- Work closely with our Business Developers to build a pipeline of potential clients and bring them onboard.
- Perform regular market analysis, understanding who our potential clients are and the innovative projects they are working on.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team with pre-sales tasks.
- Maintain regular communication with the team, maintaining up-to-date records, providing updates, and addressing any enquiries or concerns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in innovation, funding opportunities, and your areas of expertise.
- Contribute to Nordic Innovators as a whole.
Candidate requirements
- Work permit in Denmark.
- German or Danish native speaker and fluency in English (C1 level written and spoken).
- Currently studying for a university degree (Bachelor´s or Master´s) in any subject.
- Experience working in a call centre or similar.
- Keen to develop experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and being proactive.
- A team player who contributes to the existing positive working environment.
- Excellent people and communication skills to build a positive connection and to communicate professionally with clients and co-workers.
- Client-focused and forward-centric mindset with the capacity to inspire others.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365.
