Job description

We are looking for Freelance Proposal Writers who have previous experience in writing proposals for the EIC Accelerator funding programme.

As a freelancer for Nordic Innovators, you will work closely with our clients to collaborate on EIC Accelerator grant proposals across a wide range of sectors such as Health, Energy, and ICT. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and disruptive start-ups across Europe with high impact potential.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and preparing high-quality, detailed proposals for the EIC Accelerator funding programme.
  • Leading client management processes from the outset with a focus on service and quality.
  • Conducting relevant research, analysis, and strategic decision-making pertaining to a successful proposal.
  • Collaborating on developing business plans and commercial strategies for ground-breaking solutions and projects.

Candidate requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience preparing and writing EIC Accelerator proposals.
  • Understanding of the frameworks and procedures of European funding programmes.
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum).
  • A university degree in one of the following areas: Health, Energy, ICT, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Economics, or other related fields (preferred).
  • Experience working independently with limited supervision, being proactive and working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent people and communication skills to build a positive connection and to communicate professionally with clients, co-workers, and project partners.
  • Organised and methodical approach to project development.
  • Be a team player.
