What you'll do

• Lead the live-studio surveillance team: oversee all camera operations and monitoring activities during live broadcasts
• Manage and enforce surveillance protocols, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and live-gaming rules.
• Detect, analyze, and report suspicious behaviours, irregularities, or technical issues in real time with speed, accuracy, and discretion.
• Support investigations: review footage/data, compile detailed incident reports and coordinate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure integrity.
• Mentor and guide surveillance staff provide training, schedule shifts, review performance, and help maintain high operational standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve surveillance practices, workflows, and infrastructure to optimize coverage, efficiency, and security.

Who were looking for

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and fluent English (C1) excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in surveillance, security control, monitoring or a related field ideally within live-gaming or broadcast environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to spot irregularities quickly in fast-paced, live settings
• Leadership and team-management ability capable of mentoring staff, managing shifts, and handling high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights and weekends, given the 24/7 nature of live-casino operations.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
