What Youll Do

• Lead and support a team of on-floor presenters and shufflers, ensuring highest standards of performance and engagement
• Manage daily shift scheduling, rotations, staffing levels, and operational handovers to deliver smooth 24/7 live gameplay
• Coordinate with production, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless broadcast execution and adherence to all protocols
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide meaningful feedback, and mentor your team toward continual improvement
• Identify training needs and execute development plans to elevate performance and talent growth
• Help implement new game formats, enhance viewer interaction, and contribute ideas to elevate the player experience

Who You Are

• Proven leadership experience in live entertainment, gaming operations, or broadcast-studio environments
• Strong communicator, able to guide teams and coordinate cross-functional workflows
• Excellent organizational skills with experience handling shift-based schedules and team performance
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Serbian or others) are a plus
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‐paced production environment
