What you'll do
- Ensure stable and smooth operation of the trading platform: monitor system performance, identify and address issues (bugs, performance bottlenecks, connectivity), and coordinate fixes or system updates.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations maintain integrity, security and compliance for operations on the platform.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Operations teams to implement patches, updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures; support business continuity and security compliance.
- Support clients and internal stakeholders with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and basic support related to platform usage.
- Maintain documentation and logs: track system status, incidents, changes, and produce regular reports to help management understand system health and operational risk.
- Participate in product improvement: gather feedback, propose enhancements, and contribute to continuous development and optimisation of our tech infrastructure.
What were looking for
- Proven experience in system administration, IT support, or platform operations ideally in fintech, trading or finance related environments.
- Strong technical skills: familiar with server and database management, networking, security and compliance procedures.
- Good problemsolving skills combined with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure ensuring stable operations even in critical moments.
- Excellent communication skills, comfort working in a multicultural, international team; ability to document clearly and coordinate across departments.
- Flexibility and readiness to respond to incidents and support tasks; proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills may be an advantage depending on client base.
