What you'll do

• Ensure stable and smooth operation of the trading platform: monitor system performance, identify and address issues (bugs, performance bottlenecks, connectivity), and coordinate fixes or system updates.
• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations maintain integrity, security and compliance for operations on the platform.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Operations teams to implement patches, updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures; support business continuity and security compliance.
• Support clients and internal stakeholders with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and basic support related to platform usage.
• Maintain documentation and logs: track system status, incidents, changes, and produce regular reports to help management understand system health and operational risk.
• Participate in product improvement: gather feedback, propose enhancements, and contribute to continuous development and optimisation of our tech infrastructure.

• Proven experience in system administration, IT support, or platform operations ideally in fintech, trading or finance related environments.
• Strong technical skills: familiar with server and database management, networking, security and compliance procedures.
