Customer Service Representative (Dutch) - Athens, Greece

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic, international support team based in Athens. In this fulltime position, you will serve as a key contact for customers handling inquiries, resolving issues, clarifying bookings or payments, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service via phone and email. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting clients and partners with professionalism and empathy.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), plus good command of English
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort using tools such as Office 365, CRM or similar internal systems
• Problemsolving mindset, adaptability, and ability to respond flexibly to different customer needs
• Previous experience in customer support or contact centre work is an advantage
• Interest in travel or accommodation related services is a plus
