What youll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of shufflers providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Oversee team operations: manage shift scheduling, attendance tracking, performance oversight, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Promote a collaborative, supportive environment run regular team meetings, encourage open communication, and ensure team cohesion.
• Identify training needs for individuals and the team, coordinate with training departments, and support continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and performance standards maintaining consistency and quality in every shift.

What were looking for

• Fluency in English (written and spoken, at C1 level) for clear communication in a multicultural environment.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role (team lead, supervisor, or relevant position); academic background in management or related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team while handling pressure and responsibilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills; reliable, flexible (willing to work rotational shifts) and comfortable in a live casino context where shift work is required.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office or similar) to handle administrative and reporting tasks.
