Team Supervisor Belgrade, Serbia

We are seeking a dedicated Team Supervisor to help lead operations and support a growing live gaming studio based in Belgrade.

What youll do

• Supervise and guide onfloor team members to ensure high-quality, professional and engaging performance during live sessions.
• Manage daily staffing: create and coordinate work schedules, shifts and rotations to maintain smooth operations and proper coverage.
• Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff: relay updates on procedures and policies, handle feedback, and address minor operational issues as they arise.
• Provide motivation, support, and coaching to team members fostering a positive, professional and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor performance and workflow, compile shift and team reports, and identify areas for improvement or additional training.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company standards for appearance, conduct and workplace behaviour maintaining consistency and professionalism across shifts.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent English (C1) strong skills in written and spoken communication are essential.
• At least one year of previous supervisory or team coordination experience; background in management, business administration or related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication and conflictmanagement skills able to support and lead a diverse team under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management capable of coordinating shifts, schedules and workflows in a dynamic studio environment.
• Flexibility and readiness to work shifts, including nights or weekends, adapting to variable live studio schedules.
