We are looking for a motivated and organised Stylist Team Leader to oversee uniform/wardrobe and styling operations, manage a small team, and help maintain high standards of appearance and professionalism.

What you'll do

  • Oversee uniform and wardrobe inventory manage stock control, ensure correct distribution, coordinate restocking and track usage to guarantee that all staff are appropriately outfitted.
  • Lead daily team operations: manage scheduling, attendance, holiday planning, onboarding new staff, and supervise performance and workflow for the styling team.
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve procedures propose and implement enhancements to uniform and appearance management processes to increase efficiency and maintain consistency.
  • Organize and run appearance workshops or special event preparations, ensuring that styling standards meet studio requirements for quality and presentation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of uniform stock, distribution logs, appearance standards, and procurement records; compile and present periodic reports on team activity, stock movements, and any issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external vendors when necessary, handle communications, and coordinate uniform orders or replacements to guarantee timely delivery and quality.

What were looking for

  • Professional certification or background in hairstyling, makeup, fashion, wardrobe management, or a related field.
  • Fluent English (C1) strong written and spoken communication is required to manage documentation and coordinate with international teams.
  • At least 2 years experience working with inventory or stock management, plus at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills able to manage a team reliably, handle scheduling, training and conflict resolution when needed.
  • Discipline, commitment to high standards of presentation, and readiness to work in a shift based or dynamic studio environment.
