What You'll Do

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across both interior and exterior areas - everything from light electrical and plumbing fixes to carpentry and painting.
• Respond to work orders and address onsite issues to maintain safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Work with tools and equipment to assemble, install, or maintain fixtures such as shelving, doors, lighting, and HVAC components.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance needs, and either complete the repair or escalate to specialist vendors.
• Maintain clear documentation of completed work, parts used, and followup requirements.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician in commercial, residential, or mixed-use facilities.
• Competent with hand and power tools, and comfortable handling basic electrical, plumbing or carpentry tasks.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to travel within site locations when required and adapt to changing maintenance priorities.
• Professional, punctual and proactive in addressing issues.
• Basic literacy in English or Spanish is preferred (for documentation and vendor communication).
