We are looking for a skilled AudioVisual Specialist to join our team and help deliver highquality AV support across live productions, broadcasts, and studio operations.

What youll do

• Install, configure, and maintain AV systems including video, audio, broadcast, streaming, and related technical equipment ensuring stable operation during live sessions and productions.
• Manage AV workflows: operate and monitor sound and video systems, handle setup and breakdown for live events or broadcasts, and support smooth coordination between technical, production, and studio teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audiovisual and technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain production quality.
• Maintain records of equipment status, perform routine maintenance or calibration, and ensure all hardware and software meet operational standards.
• Work side by side with colleagues from diverse departments to support broadcast, streaming, or media production workflows with flexibility and professionalism.

What were looking for

• Solid background in audiovisual engineering, broadcast production, media production or a similar technical field.
• Hands on experience with AV systems, broadcast or streaming equipment, sound/video engineering, or live production environments.
• Strong problem solving skills, technical insight, and the ability to work calmly under pressure (for live or time sensitive productions).
• Good communication and teamwork skills you'll coordinate closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work variable hours or shift based schedules if needed for live productions.
