What Youll Do

• Oversee live broadcast quality by monitoring game streams, audio, and video feeds in real time
• Conduct audits of live gaming sessions to identify and address issues with compliance, latency, or stream quality
• Coordinate with production, risk, and ops teams to investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions
• Generate detailed reports on quality trends, incidents, and shift performance
• Support shift scheduling, handovers, and workload planning to maintain 24/7 operational coverage
• Provide coaching and feedback to operations staff, helping to improve standards and best practices
• Continuously refine quality control processes to keep pace with studio growth and technical innovation

Who You Are

• Experienced in quality control, broadcast operations, or live production
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, live environment
• Excellent communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage shift-based work (nights, weekends)
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Serbian is a plus
