About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join a vibrant support team in Porto. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be a primary point of contact for customers — listening to inquiries, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. You will work with colleagues across departments to deliver timely, accurate support and contribute to a positive overall customer experience.

What Youll Do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and professional support.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and attention to detail, helping troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary
• Provide product or service information clearly and confidently to customers.
• Contribute to team objectives by meeting service quality and performance targets.

What You Bring

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with patience and empathy in all interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
