What youll do

• Ensure all CCTV and video surveillance systems are fully operational, properly maintained, and continuously monitored.
• Manage the control room operations: perform regular checks on cameras, recorders and network video systems, ensure visual clarity and proper recording, and address any system failures or technical issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and manage surveillance software (e.g. VMS platforms such as Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, Hikvision or similar), including maintenance, updates, and system optimizations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues: collaborate with network and storage teams to secure connectivity, data integrity, and system stability (including LAN, storage, and server infrastructure when relevant).
• Provide training and support to CCTV operators; ensure proper procedures, documentation, and compliance with security and operational standards.
• Offer 24/7 oncall support for emergencies, system failures or maintenance needs to guarantee uninterrupted surveillance coverage.

What were looking for

• Native or fluent Spanish and strong English skills (written and spoken) for clear communication in a multilingual environment.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a relevant technical/IT discipline.
• Solid experience with CCTV systems: installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting including familiarity with industrystandard VMS platforms, video storage solutions (SAN / NAS / DAS), and network/videorecording hardware.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN administration, user management, backups) and ability to work with server/storage infrastructure under Windows Server or Linux.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive maintenance approach, and readiness to manage security-critical systems with responsibility.
• Flexibility: willingness to respond to emergencies, work offhours if needed, and manage system incidents with calm and efficiency.
