What youll do

  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing friendly, professional support and guiding them through financial or transactional processes.
  • Advise clients on the company' products and services, helping them understand their options, and ensuring transparent communication and clarity throughout.
  • Manage client accounts: handle inquiries, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams sales, operations, support to coordinate services, solve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using relevant software tools, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.

What were looking for

  • Native or fluent Spanish (written and spoken), plus good English for communication with an international team.
  • Previous experience in a client service, customer facing, sales or account management role.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; a proactive, client oriented mindset and strong problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools for data and account management.
