Uniform Administrator - Belgrade, Serbia

What youll do

• Oversee the ordering, distribution, and allocation of uniforms, ensuring all staff receive the correct sizes and have proper attire for work.
• Maintain and track uniform inventory accurately: conduct regular stock audits, monitor levels, and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Inspect uniforms for wear and quality coordinate repairs, alterations, or replacements to ensure all attire remains presentable and up to standard.
• Work in coordination with tailors, external suppliers, and internal departments to meet wardrobe requirements on time and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform assignments, sizes, usage and user information using inventory-management systems
• Support uniform-policy compliance and ensure all staff follow appearance standards as required by the studio.

What were looking for

• Strong English communication (written and spoken), and comfort working with inventory/stock-management software.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to managing stock, records, and uniform distribution.
• Experience or background in textiles, fashion, logistics, inventory control, or similar helpful for handling wardrobe, sizing, and garment-care tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, coordinate with external vendors, and adapt to a shift-based schedule typical of a live-studio environment (including mornings, afternoons, nights).
