We are looking for a detail-oriented Uniform Administrator to manage the wardrobe and uniform logistics for our studio team in Belgrade, helping ensure every broadcast and shift meets high standards of presentation and professionalism.
What youll do
- Oversee the ordering, distribution, and allocation of uniforms, ensuring all staff receive the correct sizes and have proper attire for work.
- Maintain and track uniform inventory accurately: conduct regular stock audits, monitor levels, and report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Inspect uniforms for wear and quality coordinate repairs, alterations, or replacements to ensure all attire remains presentable and up to standard.
- Work in coordination with tailors, external suppliers, and internal departments to meet wardrobe requirements on time and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform assignments, sizes, usage and user information using inventory-management systems
- Support uniform-policy compliance and ensure all staff follow appearance standards as required by the studio.
What were looking for
- Strong English communication (written and spoken), and comfort working with inventory/stock-management software.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to managing stock, records, and uniform distribution.
- Experience or background in textiles, fashion, logistics, inventory control, or similar helpful for handling wardrobe, sizing, and garment-care tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, coordinate with external vendors, and adapt to a shift-based schedule typical of a live-studio environment (including mornings, afternoons, nights).
