We are seeking a dedicated Uniform Administrator to help manage wardrobe logistics at our studio and contribute to smooth, high-quality daily operations.
What youll do
- Manage uniform stock: ensure all staff receive correct sizes and proper attire, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of issues, repairs, and replacements.
- Inspect uniforms regularly for wear and quality coordinate repairs or alterations, liaise with tailors or suppliers, and ensure uniform standards are upheld.
- Use inventory/stock management software to register uniform movements, update records, and report any discrepancies or shortages in a timely manner.
- Work closely with multiple departments production, HR, and suppliers to fulfil uniform requests efficiently and support studio needs.
- Help enforce uniform and appearance policies to maintain a professional on camera and onsite standard for all employees.
What were looking for
- Native or fluent Turkish (C1) plus good English (B2) strong written and verbal communication to support multilingual coordination.
- Comfortable using PC and stockmanagement tools; proficient with basic software for administration and recordkeeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills able to keep track of multiple uniform items, sizes, and maintenance schedules.
- Background or interest in textiles, fashion, wardrobe management or similar a plus when it comes to assessing garment condition and needs.
- Good interpersonal skills able to communicate with colleagues across departments and negotiate with suppliers.
