Games Presenter Team Manager Sofia, Bulgaria

Are you ready to take a leadership role in one of Sofias most dynamic, international gaming studios? We are looking for a confident, experienced Team Manager to lead our Games Presenter team helping deliver top-quality live gaming experiences while building a motivated, high-performance team in a fast-paced, global environment.

Your role & responsibilities

• Supervise and support onfloor presenters, guiding performance and ensuring consistency, quality, and an engaging player experience.
• Manage daily workflows: schedule team shifts and breaks, coordinate rotations, and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
• Communicate company procedures, standards and updates to the team; ensure everyone adheres to behaviour - al and presentation guidelines.
• Handle minor technical or operational issues that arise during sessions ensuring minimal disruption to live games and maintaining service quality.
• Motivate and coach team members: provide feedback, mentoring, and identify training or development needs; support career growth and team cohesion.

What we are looking for

• Native or fluent English (C1) excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience in supervisory, team coordination, or management role ideally in a customer or service-focused environment.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills: able to guide a team, foster a positive environment, and handle conflicts or high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, shift based context (including night/weekend rotations) with flexibility and organization.
