What You'll Do

• Design, deliver, and manage training programs for new game presenters and shufflers
• Coach on-camera talent in presentation skills, game flow, and player engagement
• Conduct onboarding, shadowing, and practical sessions to ensure presenters are ready for live show conditions
• Monitor performance metrics, give constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with operations, production, and HR to align training with business goals and studio growth
• Develop training materials, scripts, and best-practice guides to scale with our expanding team
• Lead refresher sessions and coach existing team members on new game formats

Who You Are

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or talent development ideally in live broadcast or gaming
• Strong presentation and communication skills, especially in Serbian and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate and grow a diverse team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of running structured training programs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment
• Passionate about the iGaming industry and helping others succeed
