We are currently looking for Hebrew-speaking Advertiser Support Specialists to join a global team in Lisbon, Portugal, with a start date of 24 August 2026.

About the Role

As an Advertiser Support Specialist, you will support businesses advertising on two of the world's leading social media platforms. You will provide post-sales assistance, help resolve technical issues, and ensure advertisers have the best possible experience with the platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide support to advertisers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot advertising account and campaign-related issues.
• Guide clients on advertising tools, features, and best practices.
• Escalate complex technical cases when necessary.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in a dynamic international environment.
