What Youll Do

• Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring buildings are clean, safe, and efficient
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Manage and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians and external service providers
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected facility failures
• Lead on-site inspections and implement safety protocols
• Liaise with security, IT, and operations teams to ensure facilities support business needs
• Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation
• Support renovation projects, office moves, and space reconfigurations

Who You Are

• Experienced in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance supervision
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills able to coordinate teams and external suppliers
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

• Clear communicator with good stakeholder management skills, C1 level English required
