What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment: cameras, lighting rigs, mixing consoles, and signal routing
• Manage live video and audio workflows to guarantee smooth, high-quality broadcasts and rehearsals
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption during live productions
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to deliver polished audiovisual experiences
• Perform regular equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibration
• Assist in building modular AV infrastructure for scalable production capabilities
• Research and recommend new AV gear and technologies to keep our studio cutting-edge

Who You Are

• Experience in live production, broadcast, or event AV roles
• Strong technical knowledge of video switching, audio mixing, lighting, and signal distribution
• Excellent problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
• Good communicator, able to coordinate with technical and creative teams
• Well-organized and detailoriented
• Available for flexible hours, including events and evening shifts
• Proficient in English and/or Romanian
